No. Your 7-day trial is completely free with no card required. You only need to add payment details if you choose to subscribe at the end of your trial.
Your trial runs on the full Core plan — every feature unlocked. That includes ingredients, recipes, allergen labels, food safety logs, stock management, production runs, orders, business insights, and 20 AI compliance checks. Nothing is held back so you can properly evaluate the software.
Essentials (£19/mo) covers the labelling and compliance workflow: ingredients, recipes, allergen labels, and 20 AI checks per month.
Core (£55/mo) adds the full operational layer: food safety due diligence, stock management, purchase orders, production runs, customer orders, and business insights — plus 100 AI checks per month.
During your trial you can toggle between the two inside the app to see exactly which features you'd have on each plan before you decide.
After 7 days your account is paused — nothing is deleted. You'll receive an email with a link to subscribe and pick your plan. Your data is retained for 30 days, giving you plenty of time to decide. If you subscribe within that window, everything is restored exactly as you left it.
Yes. You can cancel from inside the app at any time with no penalty. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then your account is paused with data retained for 30 days.
Your chosen name becomes your dedicated FoodCore address — for example acmebakery.foodcore.io. This is where you and your team will log in. It can't be changed after signup, so pick something that represents your business.
Yes. Each business gets its own isolated database — your data is never mixed with other customers. All connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and your account is protected by invite-only access.
